What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

The upgrader for items adds a new widget to the top of the Angel and Cash upgrade item windows. This Manager costs 33 billion Angel Investors, and has no gameplay benefit other than making it easier to buy upgrades.

Costs

Upgrades are accompanied by some associated costs. The first cost is the upgrade itself.
